PURPOSE

The Wealth Management YA is responsible for learning and applying their technical skills and working as part of a team carrying out tasks under close coaching and supervision.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & LEARNING COMPETENCIES 

  • Navigate company CRM, financial planning tools, and document management systems. 
  • Maintain and update client data accurately and confidentially. 
  • Provide administrative support including scheduling, document preparation, and file organization. 
  • Support prospecting efforts through research and data gathering. 
  • Assist with client retention activities and meeting preparation. 
  • Prepare client-ready documents and financial summaries for advisor review. 
  • Support simple client service requests under supervision. 
  • Follow internal policies and regulatory compliance standards.
