Job Summary

Your Impact

  • You will help support and execute the program strategy for Interns and New College Graduates across the organization.

  • Create a cohesive New Grad community by building relationships through planning, networking, and social events

  • Lead the revamp of our "Keep Warm" program, designing creative touchpoints to bridge the gap between offer acceptance and the start date, ensuring incoming talent remains excited and connected to the PANW culture.

  • Manage InternFest, our premier onsite company-wide event at HQ, where interns showcase their summer accomplishments and projects to the broader organization.

  • Drive engagement and participation during program events, ensuring inclusive and impactful experiences for all attendees.

  • Document Early Talent processes and policies 

  • Keep data clean and accurate

  • Work on various ad hoc Talent Enablement projects to support the broader Global Talent organization

Your Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field preferred 

  • Previous experience scheduling interviews or managing events preferred

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize time, and meet deadlines in a challenging and fast-paced environment 

  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills

  • Self-directed and able to work independently

  • Demonstrated customer service experience 

  • Strong written and verbal communication


To apply, you must be pursuing a 4-year Undergraduate Degree with a GPA of 3.0 or above, a 2-year Master's Degree, or a Doctorate degree, and returning to school in the fall.

Qualifications

Compensation Disclosure

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/com-missioned roles) is expected to be the annual range listed below. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found here.
