Job Description
Job title: Analyst III — Revenue Growth Management (RGM) — B14
You will support Emerging Markets on pricing, mix management and promotion strategy
to maximize net revenue, brand equity and consumer engagement. Using statistical and
predictive models (Linear Regression, elasticity, promo optimization) and visual
analytics, you will translate complex data into actionable pricing and promotion
recommendations, dashboards and decision tools that influence commercial planning
and the promo calendar.
Key responsibilities:
• Build, validate and present Linear Regression and predictive models – Time
Series Models (price elasticity, promo lift, mix performance) using Python or
alternative tools to inform pricing and promotional decisions.
• Good to have knowledge on Streamlite, Handling and creating API
• Conduct market, competitive and consumer behaviour analysis to identify Price
Pack Architecture (PPA) and brand ladder opportunities.
• Drive promotions optimization: evaluate promo tactics, design tests,
recommend promo calendar changes and prioritize trade terms to maximize
NRR.
• Design, build and maintain automated reports to accelerate insights-to-action at
scale.
• Develop KPIs, monitor performance, identify root causes and recommend
corrective actions for sector/market performance.
• Support sector RGM strategic projects (promotions optimization, competitor
benchmarking, PPA initiatives) end-to-end.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Insights, Sales, Trade Marketing and Finance
to align pricing strategies with commercial objectives and regulatory
requirements.
• Ensure timely delivery of analyses and reports in line with SLAs and improve the
utility of operational/performance data across teams.
• Contribute to capability building: assist in training COE associates and
document methodologies and playbooks.
Must-have qualifications & experience:
• 3–4 years’ experience in Revenue Growth Management, pricing & promotion
analysis, or related RGM strategic projects (FMCG/CPG preferred).
• Practical experience with regression modelling, price elasticity, promo analysis
• Tools – Well versed with Python, SQL and Power BI
• Ability to translate Business requirement into technical requirements
• Proven ability to translate complex analytics into clear, actionable commercial
recommendations and stakeholder-ready presentations.
• Comfortable working to SLAs and tight deadlines; strong attention to detail and
numeracy.
• Excellent communications skills
Preferred qualifications:
• Background in consumer insights, trade marketing, key account management or
CPG consulting.
• Experience designing Price Pack Architecture (PPA) and promo calendar
optimization.
• Familiarity with SQL and statistical modelling packages; experience with
enterprise BI/reporting environments.
• Prior experience supporting Emerging Markets or regional RGM programs is a big
plus.

• Strong analytical and statistical thinking with hands-on modelling capability.
• Excellent data visualization and storytelling skills; able to influence stakeholders
with insight.
• Collaborative team player who works effectively across multifunctional teams.
• Organized, proactive, and able to balance short-term priorities with long-term
strategy.
• Good project management skills and experience delivering under SLAs.
