JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Executes daily and weekly maintenance activities.

  • Exemplify implementation of accountability, discipline, moral conduct and 5S.

  • Ensures that his/her next shift is covered providing technical support to production line.

  • Initiates the communication of all equipment issues and concerns affecting equipment efficiency and performance to engineers. Provide necessary technical data to ensure that responsible engineers can give accurate disposition.

  • Follows the standard operating procedures. Logs consistently all repair activities done for all machines.

  • Performs tools and instruments upkeep. Keep tools and instruments in good condition.

  • Assist in making periodic analysis of line issues, analyze root cause and implement activities to eliminate top recurring issues. Collaborate with other departments to reduce downtime.

  • Collaborate with peers to achieve department goals and company goals. Contributes ideas for continuous improvement.

  • Performs other related duties that may be assigned by the immediate or next immediate supervisor.

For Test/Backend Equipment Specific:

  • Performs repairs and maintenance on equipment including preventive/predictive maintenance activities.

  • Perform Cpk, SPC and other process control practices.

  • Implements corrective actions to quality and equipment performance related issues and provide feedback.

  • Conduct test equipment PM and Calibration according to company standard procedures.

For Test Product/System Specific:

  • Conduct tester PM and Calibration, GR&R data generation and analysis according to company standard procedures.

  • In-charge of resolving standard level test system performance issues in the line

  • Conduct hardware troubleshooting and repair of tester and peripherals

  • Capable of debugging test programs and recommend test program revisions.

  • Capable of tester installation and de-installation.

  • Performs TPE standard operating procedures.

For Spare Parts Management Specific:

  • Performs equipment and system parts inventory management of:

  • General Spare Parts

  • ETS Hardware

  • System Boards

  • Contingency Parts

  • Conversion Kit

  • Process Tools

  • Instruments

  • Maintenance Tools

  • Do procurement of sustaining parts (Stock /Non-Stock, PM non-PM) as well as coordination with purchasing regarding the status of deliveries.

  • Performs ABC analysis and updates Flash Report of Inventories and Stock-out.

  • Coordinate with ESD and Calibration Team for measuring tools due for calibration.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Pursuing a degree in Bachelor of Engineering Technology major in Electronics or Electromechanical Technology

  • Has basic understanding of electronic circuits and test methodologies.

  • Experience with test equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, signal analyzers) is a plus.

  • Good technical writing and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
