Requirements

Operations Intern: The intern will be working on creating advanced land management and asset management tracking tools for farm management. Work on Shop & Parts Inventory Cleanup and organization, Generate Item list for Shop and implement tracking systems. Create work order templates for use of said parts in ongoing operations. Develop tools for mapping and tracking water resource and allocations. This position will provide opportunities to learn hands on experience or knowledge of farm equipment or repair shop operations.

Degree Programs of Interest: Production AG, AG Mechanics 

Students will be on a structured internship program. They are required to work on project-based work that will directly impact the success of the business and be relevant to their achieved studies. At the end of the internship, they will be required to make a presentation to the executive committee regarding their project, their findings, and recommendations. Internships are approximately 3 months long with start date and end date negotiable based on school schedule.
