Digital Content Management Intern (Summer 2026)

The Digital Content Management Intern will gain hands-on experience in assisting in managing website and mobile app content for a global footwear brand. This role will assist in managing content calendars, content scheduling, job creation and provide hands on exposure to multiple content tools used in enterprise content management and includes platforms such as Page Designer, Monetate, Social Commerce, and Salesfore Commmerce Cloud. You’ll have the opportunity to work with these content tools on a global content system that syndicates content to multiple international website. This internship is ideal for an ambitious individual with a team-player mindset looking for a great opportunity to learn how to manage content for a global brand.
- Assist in scheduling, publishing, and running QA on content
- Assist in competitor tracking and deck creation
- Assist in auditing website and international websites
- Assist in writing creative briefs requesting content
- Assist in tagging social commerce products within our catalog feed to help populate content
- Participate and provide creative and thoughtful ideas/input as part of digital content
- Coordinate efforts related to project communication and checklists using Asana, Quip, and other collaboration tools
- Learn online content best practices with business knowledge to identify content opportunities to enhance ecommerce performance.
- Ongoing guidance and training to level up capabilities across digital tech
- Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree
- Classes, other internships, or hobbies that demonstrate an interest in ecommerce, digital marketing, and/or digital content creation
- Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) intermediate experience
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team environment
The pay range for this role is $25/hr.
