Our Colombia HUBs support global operations in a multicultural environment across areas such as Legal, Supply, Service Center, Finance, Service Desk, HR, Compensation and Benefits, and Technology, providing services, solutions, and developments that support SLB operations worldwide. 

About the Role 

As an IT SLB Intern, you will have the opportunity to join one of our global IT teams based in Bogotá, either in the Bogotá IT Center (BITC) or within Global Business Services (GBS), contributing to projects that support global operations and digital transformation. 

You may have the opportunity to work within one of the following areas: 

• SAP – Support enterprise systems that power global business operations. 

• Data & Analytics – Work with AI, machine learning, and data-driven insights. 

• Digital Operations – Contribute to cloud and application integration. 

• Digital Enterprise Systems – Support the development and scaling of internal solutions. 

• Cybersecurity – Contribute to initiatives that protect digital infrastructure. 

• Architecture & Integration – Support system automation and DevOps practices. 

• Governance & Performance – Assist in maintaining IT standards and processes. 

• Digital (GBS) – Support initiatives focused on data insights, prototypes, and automation. 

• Global Service Desk (GBS) – Provide technical support that keeps global teams connected. 

Your Experience and Impact 

• Design, build, and troubleshoot internal systems while developing creative solutions.   

• Apply your skills in programming, data, machine learning and AI to build scalable systems.  

• Explore and help implement cutting-edge technologies with global experts.   

• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in processes, products, and cloud architecture.   

• Document, analyze, and resolve technical and system architecture issues.   

• Assist in design, development, testing, and documentation of software applications and systems.  

• Develop tailored solutions for SAP (reports, forms, interfaces, workflows) and other systems.  

• Analyze and visualize data with modern analytics, AI models and techniques.   

• Collaborate on cybersecurity initiatives, investigating threats and phishing attempts.   

• Work with diverse teams and share technical insights and strategies with stakeholders.   

• Research and stay up to date on the latest digital trends, cloud technologies and AI-driven innovations.
