Operations/Strategy Intern (Asia)

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support the definition and finalization of the operational Strategic Business Plan for Asia incl. a clear roadmap for implementation
• Launch, monitor & track implementation progress in Q3 2026
• Continue the analysis on the Installed Base in Asia together with the different countries
• Set up and finalize an automated PowerBI Dashboard for the installed base, but also other operational/strategic Dashboards
• Set up automated internal reports in PowerBI
• Support the competitiveness analysis and clear action plan to put in place

QUALIFICATION, CERTIFICATION & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Being in the final year of a Master’s Degree in Engineering, Science, or related field.
• Additional Business Administration or Economic studies are highly desirable.

PREFERRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE

• First experience in leading small operational and/or strategic initiatives with other teams.
• Recognized for collaborative, structured, dynamic and solution-oriented mindset; able to adapt in fast-changing and multicultural environments
