Key Area of Responsibility

您的职责是

  • Create training in the Learning management system and make sure the training material is correct and accessible

在培训管理系统内创建培训并保证培训资料是正确且可使用的。

  • Assign the training to related employees according to information provided.

  • Monitoring training completion KPI and sending out reminders and follow-up emails to trainees

监控培训完成的KPI并且及时发送提醒以及跟踪邮件给到被培训者

  • Maintain training record and data process using Excel

维护培训记录,并使用Excel去处理一些数据

  • Help participants with technical issues related to online training system

帮助员工解决培训相关的技术问题。

  • Other administrative support work assigned by line manager

直线经理布置的行政支持性工作。

Requirements:

任职要求:

  • 本科或者研究生学历,专业不限。大二,大三,研一,研二优先。
  • 每周可保证至少3天工作时间且能坚持6个月以上。
  • 英语六级水平,熟悉Microsoft office, 尤其是Excel技巧。
  • 细节关注,细心且注重准确性。
