Job Description:

职务：研发部实习生（手术机器人 & 数据分析 & 可视化）

持续时间：4 ~ 6 个月

【关键职责】

1、数据仪表板开发和优化

·        设计、构建并持续优化 Power BI 数据看板，为中国手术机器人市场提供清晰、可操作的市场洞察。

·        将复杂数据集转化为直观、易理解的可视化报告。

·        定期更新数据，并进行基础数据清理，确保数据准确性。

·        维护和完善手术机器人数据库。

2、自动化和效率

  • 使用 Python、R 等编程语言编写脚本，实现数据处理流程的自动化与加速。

  • 优化数据看板报告和表格布局，简化数据录入并减少错误。

  • 优化数据看板结构和视觉元素，以提高用户体验和可读性。

3、协助完成基本 UI 编程开发任务

  • 促进内部实验室工具用户界面的开发和完善。

  • 参与 UI 布局优化，实现跨多设备的良好功能性、易用性与响应速度。

4、实验室资本设备的支持管理和跟踪

  • 协助维护实验室资本设备的准确库存，包括机器人系统、成像设备。

  • 更新资产管理日志和文件，以跟踪设备状态、位置和使用历史。

  • 与相关团队协调安排维护、校准或维修。

  • 目前正在攻读数据科学、自动化、计算机科学或相关专业学士或硕士学位，预计 2026 或 2027 年毕业。

  • 具备 Power BI 使用经验及基本数据处理能力（Excel）。

  • 自我驱动、自律，能够在远程或混合办公环境中高效工作，且无需过多监督。

  • 对“数据讲故事”充满好奇，乐于发现趋势并提炼洞察。

  • 乐于在经验丰富的专业人士指导下学习和成长。

  • 具备良好的英语与普通话沟通能力（口头、书面及演讲）。

  • 有 Python、C、C++ 或 Matlab 编程经验；熟悉 Linux 者优先。
