PR INTERN JD

Department: Integrated, Brand

Reporting line: Sr Client Manager / Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:

·          Planning support: Conduct research and background materials as guided by manager and support the team in planning process

·          Content development: Propose content angles and draft PR materials, including PR articles, editorials, interview outlines, and social media content.

·          Translation: Translate communications materials between English and Vietnamese.

·          Reporting: Track media coverage, compile clipping reports, and support client reporting.

·          Media & KOL coordination: Assist with media outreach and coordination with KOLs/influencers when required.

·          Event & admin support: Support logistics for events, media activities, and other administrative tasks.

REQUIREMENTS:

·          Last-year students or fresh graduate students in relevant fields of accredited universities

·          Good at English (4 skills required, especially writing and reading)

·          Excellent in writing Vietnamese

·          Positive and can-do attitude, willing to learn, support and adapt attitude

·          Appropriate behavior at the office

·          Able to perform under pressure
