RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct information research and social media trend monitoring to support content development and campaign planning. Share insights and references with the team to inspire relevant content ideas.
Scout, evaluate, and maintain a database of potential influencers (KOLs/KOCs) across relevant platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube). Recommend suitable profiles that align with campaign objectives and target audiences.
Support influencer coordination and campaign execution, including preparing briefings, following up on deliverables, tracking timelines, and ensuring content meets campaign requirements and deadlines.
Monitor social conversations and influencer content performance, tracking campaign discussions, audience responses, and relevant trends.
Prepare clipping reports and basic performance analysis for social campaigns.
Support campaign logistics and administrative tasks, including meeting scheduling, maintaining campaign trackers, coordinating gifting or product seeding, and assisting with other operational needs for campaign.

REQUIREMENTS:
Final-year students or fresh graduates from accredited universities, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Media, or related fields.
Good command of English in both written and spoken communication.
Strong sense of social media and content trends, with interest in digital platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn, support team members, and adapt in a fast-paced working environment.
Strong sense of responsibility and professionalism in workplace behavior and communication.
Good time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure.
