RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct information research and social media trend monitoring to support content development and campaign planning. Share insights and references with the team to inspire relevant content ideas.

  • Scout, evaluate, and maintain a database of potential influencers (KOLs/KOCs) across relevant platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube). Recommend suitable profiles that align with campaign objectives and target audiences.

  • Support influencer coordination and campaign execution, including preparing briefings, following up on deliverables, tracking timelines, and ensuring content meets campaign requirements and deadlines.

  • Monitor social conversations and influencer content performance, tracking campaign discussions, audience responses, and relevant trends.

  • Prepare clipping reports and basic performance analysis for social campaigns.

  • Support campaign logistics and administrative tasks, including meeting scheduling, maintaining campaign trackers, coordinating gifting or product seeding, and assisting with other operational needs for campaign.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Final-year students or fresh graduates from accredited universities, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Media, or related fields.

  • Good command of English in both written and spoken communication.

  • Strong sense of social media and content trends, with interest in digital platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.

  • Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn, support team members, and adapt in a fast-paced working environment.

  • Strong sense of responsibility and professionalism in workplace behavior and communication.

  • Good time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure.
