About the Role

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruitment projects and initiatives. This internship is ideal for someone interested in human resources, recruitment, and talent management.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Talent Acquisition team in ongoing recruitment projects
  • Assist with screening and shortlisting candidate profiles based on role requirements
  • Coordinate with candidates for interview scheduling and follow-ups
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
  • Support candidate communication and engagement throughout the hiring process
  • Assist the team with administrative and coordination tasks related to hiring


Eligibility / Requirements:

  • Fresh graduates with a background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Management and a strong interest in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition are encouraged to apply.
  • Conversational fluency in Spanish is mandatory
  • Strong communication and organizational skills


Internship Details:
