More about the role

We’re looking for a Project Management (Technical/ Engineering) Intern to join our Systems & Services team in Warsaw. 

  

As a Project Management (Technical/ Engineering) Intern you’ll be responsible for providing support to our proposals and project managers in running key projects as well as driving initiatives within our End Users Project team, connecting with other colleagues throughout Europe to find better ways of working and pushing for excellence while delivering our Lighting Systems & Services.

Key Areas of Responsibility: 

  • Work closely with our proposal and project managers in setting up and managing the project orders, taking care of all support functions to ensure a smooth delivery of the scope, communicating directly with our customers if needed 

  • Support and challenge the team to improve financial and operational control of proposal and project execution parameters 

  • Create reports and overviews of cost and deliveries, following up on our KPI’s 

  • Improve relationships and trust between the different teams around Europe 

  • Participate in project management activities - from customer quoting to final project delivery
     

 

Critical Requirements:

  • You have full domain of English and of another European language (German, Polish, or a Scandinavian language) 

  • You are studying a degree in engineering and/or have some initial experience from other internships/strong interest around project management work 

  • You have good Excel and Power BI command. AI knowledge is also a nice-to-have

  • You love teamwork and enjoy connecting with other people to get the job done 

  • You are resilient, and take ownership to make things happen, not giving up until a solution is found 

  • You think easy is boring, you thrive with change and like to challenge the status quo
