More about the role

We’re looking for an intern to join our Collections team in Łódź, supporting the Collections team in daily activities, mainly for DACH markets.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

• Send payment reminders to customers
• Register disputed cases in SAP
• Support forecasting activities
• Participate in team projects
• Pro-actively take part in various assignments

Critical Requirements:

• You have a very good command of English
• You have a good command of German
• You have a good command of MS Office
• You are a proactive and a communicative person, willing to take new initiatives
• You are attentive to details
• You have good problem-solving and analytical skills
• You are available for approx. 20-30h per week
