The apprentice will plan and execute marketing and sales activities, calculate material, personnel, and financial needs, and handle financial and business management tasks while interacting with customers, suppliers, and colleagues. Responsibilities also include learning to plan, implement, and evaluate marketing measures, manage sales processes, and understand commercial steering, key figure analysis, and preparing business decisions.

About the Role

Du planst Marketing- und Vertriebsmaßnahmen und führst diese durch, ermittelst und kalkulierst den Material-, Personal und Finanzbedarf, wickelst die Finanz- und Geschäftsführung ab und stehst in Kontakt mit Kund:innen, Lieferant:innen und Kolleg:innen.

 

Wenn du gern mit Menschen zu tun hast, kommunikativ bist, gut organisieren und rechnen kannst, ist eine kaufmännische Ausbildung bei der Mediengruppe Mitteldeutschland eine interessante Möglichkeit.

Ab dem 01. August 2027 bieten wir an den Standorten Magdeburg oder Halle eine Ausbildung zum Industriekaufmann (m/w/d).

 

 

Das erwartet Dich:

 

  • In deiner dreijährigen Ausbildung lernst du die verschiedenen kaufmännischen Abteilungen im Unternehmen kennen
  • Du lernst, wie man Marketingmaßnahmen plant, umsetzt und auswertet
  • Du lernst wie man  Vertriebsprozesse umsetzt, Maßnahmen zur Kundenzufriedenheit und -bindung durchführt
  • Du lernst kaufmännische Steuerungen kennen, wie man Kennzahlen ermittelt und analysiert sowie unternehmerische Entscheidungen vorbereitet
  • Du lernst, wie man  Arbeitsprozesse projektorientiert plant und steuert, digitale Geschäftsprozesse gestaltest und Digitalisierungskonzepte umsetzt

 


Das solltest du mitbringen:

 

  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Abitur oder Fachabitur
  • Du hast gute Ergebnisse in Fächern Deutsch und Mathematik
  • Du bist kontaktfreudig, neugierig und wissbegierig
  • Du organisierst gerne, bist zahlenaffin und verantwortungsbewusst
  • Du arbeitest gerne im Team und besitzt eine offene und selbstbewusste Persönlichkeit
