Your Role at impact.com:

We’re looking for a highly motivated Product Marketing Intern to join our team and support key initiatives that drive go-to-market success. In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience in competitive intelligence, product enablement, and customer insights—while helping us tell the story of what we’re building and why it matters. This is a 12-month hybrid internship.

What You'll Do:

  •  Draft and publish clear, engaging release notes for new product features
  •  Review and summarize competitive intelligence to support positioning and sales enablement
  • Upload and organize win/loss interviews, insights, and battlecards into Klue
  • Assist in maintaining our internal knowledge base with updated messaging and enablement resources
  • Support the product marketing team with ad-hoc research, campaign execution, and cross-functional coordination

 

What You Bring:

  • Relevant diploma/degree in marketing, communications or brand management
  • Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail
  • Interest in SaaS, marketing, or product development
  • Comfortable interpreting qualitative and quantitative data
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Curious, collaborative, and eager to learn
