About the Role

Contract Duration: 12 month

Location: Cork, Ireland

Working Model: Hybrid (2-3 days in the office)

You would be part of a global team with opportunities to learn core FP&A competencies, while also getting exposure to areas outside of opex planning (P&L management, cash flow, and financial systems). 

The Financial Analyst Intern is responsible for Logitech for Business (L4B) operating expense analysis. This role will reconcile historical data and make recommendations for forecasting, while partnering with the L4B leadership team.

  • Reconcile historical data to understand spend by PO/Vendor and create concise budget tracker files for budget owners within our L4B business group

  • Review PO receiving and accruals related to monthly/ quarterly closing

  • Enhance and automate the comprehensive trackers and Opex analysis to the stakeholders

  • Assist in preparation of quarterly reporting packages, analyze trends, drivers, variances and identify both risks and opportunities with insights.

  • Assist in AOP/Forecast templates and processes continuous improvement

  • Engage into Corporate digital transformation projects with AI/BI solutions

  • Provide timely financial support to business teams

Key Qualifications:

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred. The most recent degree must have been completed within the last 12 months

  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality

  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to work independently and approach complex problems with curiosity and initiative

  • Strong communication skills, including being open about challenges while proactively thinking through potential solutions

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Docs skills

  • Experience working with large datasets or financial analysis
