Core Responsibilities
The intern will participate in drafting and monitoring credit agreement negotiations (bilateral and syndicated) and negotiating framework agreements for financial instrument operations (FBF/ISDA). Responsibilities also include updating contract models, reviewing external service provider contracts for compliance, and assisting with legal questions from operational teams.

MUFG Bank Ltd., Paris Branch recherche un(e) stagiaire pour sa Direction Juridique pour une durée de 6 mois à partir de début juillet 2026. Nos locaux sont situés dans le 2e arrondissement de Paris (métro Quatre Septembre).

Missions

  • Participation à la rédaction et au suivi des négociations des contrats de crédit (bilatéral et syndiqué), LMA standard ou autres 
  • Négociation des conventions-cadres relatives aux opérations sur instruments financiers à terme (FBF / ISDA) 
  • Mise à jour des modèles de contrats (convention de crédit, contrat de prestations de services, accords de confidentialité, lettres d’intention, conditions générales etc.) 
  • Revue des contrats avec les prestataires externes en assurant leur conformité tant sur le plan légal et réglementaire que sur le plan des procédures internes 
  • En relation directe avec les managers et les équipes opérationnelles (y compris les bureaux étrangers), assistance pour toute question juridique 
  • Participations aux chantiers/projets transverses de la direction juridique (formation administrateur, risques, best practices, knowledge management, recherches juridiques diverses etc.)
  • Suivi de la réglementation / législation (MIFID 2 / RGPD / ESG), participation à des groupes de travail et rédaction de notes

Profil recherché

  • Vous êtes élève-avocat ou en Master 2 / DJCE Droit bancaire et financier
  • Vous avez un Bac+5 droit ou un Bac+4 avec un troisième cycle en finance
  • Votre personnalité vous permet de travailler de façon autonome
  • Vous êtes curieux(se), rigoureux(se) et avez un fort esprit d’initiative
  • Vous avez une certaine sensibilité sur les questions économiques et financières
  • Vous avez une volonté de travailler sur des missions variées et d’évoluer dans un environnement multiculturel et à dimension internationale
  • Vous êtes bilangue anglais / français
  • Un premier stage significatif (minimum 6 mois) en qualité de juriste en cabinet d’avocats et/ou au sein d’un département juridique d’une entreprise multinationale serait apprécié
