Job Description

  • Become part of our agile team and look forward to discovering a modern working environment within an innovative company — and actively helping to shape it. You’ll support us in continuously improving our software development processes.
  • During your internship, you will analyze and integrate AI applications into our product development processes to strategically enhance efficiency and creativity.
  • You will work directly with application teams to implement AI pilot projects and drive sustainable process improvements.
  • In close collaboration with Product Owners, Agile Masters, and other stakeholders, you will help understand the individual needs of the teams and develop tailored solutions.
  • We’re committed to delivering an outstanding developer experience (DevEx) through a high level of automation — using tools like GitHub Actions and Argo CD.
  • You will also keep an eye on current trends and developments to promote innovative solutions in the automotive sector and for Software-Defined Vehicles (SDV).
  • Your ideas for identifying bottlenecks and obstacles in the development process are highly valued. At the same time, you will have the opportunity to actively develop your skills in agile methodologies and strategic thinking.

Qualifications

  • Studies in the field of Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Artificial Intelligence, Business Informatics, or a comparable discipline with an IT focus
  • Basic experience and knowledge of Linux; experience in programming with Shell, Python, or similar programming languages; you already have some initial experience with AI technologies and intelligent agents
  • You are able to grasp complex issues quickly and manage your time effectively; your motivation and outgoing nature make you an excellent communicator with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in English, German is a plus

Start: according to prior agreement
Duration: 6 months
