Au sein de l’organisation Shiseido EMEA, le groupe Digital Performance est responsable de l’optimisation de l’expérience client grâce à l’analyse des données consommateurs. L’Assistant Consumer Data Analyst contribuera au développement de la connaissance client dans la région EMEA, en participant à une meilleure compréhension et valorisation des attentes et comportements des consommateurs. 

 

 

Responsabilités clés

 

  • Maintenir et améliorer les tableaux de bord Tableau, en garantissant leur précision et leur facilité d’utilisation pour les utilisateurs finaux 
  • Répondre aux demandes de données ponctuelles et accompagner les besoins en insights des marchés locaux, des marques et des équipes marketing 
  • Réaliser des analyses sur des sources de données secondaires et simplifier le reporting 
  • Participer à l’amélioration continue des bases de données et veiller à la qualité des données 
  • Contribuer à des projets stratégiques, notamment en CRM et E-commerce 
  • Offrir un soutien général à l’équipe en aidant à résoudre diverses problématiques liées aux données 

 

 

 

Profil recherché 

 

  • Formation en cours de type Master (ou expérience équivalente) en Business, Analytics, Ingénierie ou domaine associé 
  • À l’aise avec Excel, SQL et Tableau 
  • Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais 
  • Esprit tenace, curieux, rigoureux et orienté business
  • Une expérience préalable en dashboarding, analytics ou projets data serait un plus

Within the Shiseido EMEA organization, the Digital Performance group is responsible for optimizing the customer experience by leveraging consumer data analysis. The Consumer Data Analyst Assistant will support the development of customer insights across the EMEA region, contributing to a deeper understanding and enhancement of consumer expectations and behaviors. 

 

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Maintain and improve Tableau dashboards, ensuring accuracy and usability for end users 
  • Respond to ad hoc data requests and support insights needs from local markets, brand, and marketing teams 
  • Conduct analysis on secondary data sources and streamline reporting 
  • Assist with ongoing database enhancements and ensure data quality 
  • Contribute to strategic projects, including CRM and E-commerce initiatives 
  • Provide general assistance to the team, helping solve various data challenges 

 

 

Profile Sought 

 

  • Currently pursuing a master’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Analytics, Engineering, or a related field 
  • Comfortable working with Excel, SQL, and Tableau 
  • Fluent in French and English 
  • Tenacious, curious, rigorous, and business-oriented mindset 
  • Previous experience with dashboarding, analytics, or data projects is a plus
