The Role
Are you looking to jumpstart your career in IT operations, ServiceNow development, data analytics, and hands-on technology support? As an IT Specialist Intern, you’ll work across several core technology functions that keep our organization running every day. You’ll gain practical experience in service desk operations, quality analytics, ServiceNow development, field services, and device logistics—while contributing directly to service improvement, employee experience, and operational efficiency.

You’re a curious, early career technologist who enjoys solving problems, learning how complex IT environments operate, and seeing how data, processes, and technology come together to deliver great employee experience. You may not be an expert yet—but you’re eager to learn, build, experiment, and make an impact as part of a collaborative global team.
You might be a great fit if you:
Energized by hands‑on IT work—including field services and device logistics—and interested in gaining exposure to Service Desk and end‑user support within large‑scale IT operations.
Are pursuing a degree or have equivalent experience in Information Technology, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Possess skills or are completing coursework in AI and related tools (e.g., Claude, Python).
Enjoy working with data—analyzing trends, identifying patterns, creating dashboards, or supporting quality improvements.
Are gaining exposure to ServiceNow development (even if only through a Personal Developer Instance) and are excited to build real features in areas such as AI Agents, Employee Lifecycle Events (HRSD), IT Operations Management, or Customer Service Management.
Are comfortable learning new tools, documenting knowledge, and contributing to knowledge management practices.
Are able to communicate clearly and enjoy helping others understand technical information.
Bring a growth mindset, ask questions, and enjoy experimenting and iterating
Value inclusion, collaboration, and teamwork, and believe diverse perspectives drive innovation
Are excited to be part of a CIO team that is acting as Customer Zero—testing new AI capabilities internally, building modern solutions, and shaping the future of how we work.
Program Overview
As an intern, you will spend 10–12 weeks working on challenging, high-visibility projects. This position is primarily onsite or hybrid.
