About the Role

ASSISTANT(E) CHEF DE PRODUIT DEVELOPPEMENT 
GUCCI BEAUTY 
STAGE DE 6 MOIS - JUILLET 2026

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

 

As part of the product development team, you will be involved in the launch of new products and the operational implementation of marketing plans. 

As part of our marketing development department, the intern will be responsible for: 

 

Your main focus:  

 

  1. Market analysis:  

  • Quantitative and qualitative performance analysis of Gucci Beauty products (fragrance and makeup sell-in and sell-out) 

  • Analysis of the competition (products & campaigns), consumer needs and major trends in the beauty industry. 

 

  1. Product / Gifting development:  

  • Creative development: storytelling, product names, moodboards and design for new projects 

  • Briefing of external agencies for packaging development and mockups 

  • Collaboration with fragrance houses to develop the juices (fragrance briefs, attendance to smelling sessions)  

  • Close collaboration with the makeup formula development team to create and develop Gucci Makeup products 

  • Development of all marketing tools (sampling, gift-with-purchase, ancillaries, vial on card, miniatures etc.) 

  • Participation in all meetings and work on various ppt presentations   

 

  1. 360 development: 

  • Close collaboration with all the 360 teams (digital, media, influence, merchandising) 

  • Owner of the campaigns (brief, feedback on assets postproduction)

YOU ARE A COTY FIT 

 

Business school student or postgraduate in Business/Marketing. 

You are sensitive to the Perfumes and Cosmetics sector. 

You have a strong analytical mind and a creative sensibility. 

You are organized and rigorous. You have a sense of service and great interpersonal skills. 

You know how to prioritize and juggle different projects. 

Ideally, you have some initial experience in a company in the field of Marketing Development.
