About the Role

Job Summary

NetApp is looking for an Intern to support the Enterprise Storage Product Marketing team to drive product awareness with customers, field, and partners and elevate team visibility internally.  The Intern will support the team by bringing structure, consistency, and measurement to key seller and partner communication channels. This role focuses on content coordination, lightweight process creation, and basic performance tracking to help scale communications while enabling the core team to stay focused on strategic initiatives.  
 
This is a hands‑on role ideal for a student interested in product marketing, communications, or go‑to‑market operations within an enterprise technology company. 

 
Key Responsibilities 
• Establish a simple intake and tracking process for content submitted to: 
    • Weekly Sales communications 
    • Monthly Partner newsletters 
    • Social media amplification 
• Build and maintain a centralized, forward‑looking content calendar across channels 
• Create visibility into what content is being shared and amplified by product or solution area 
• Partner with stakeholders to define and track basic engagement metrics 
• Support the creation of innovative social media content concepts by distilling product and solution information into engaging formats 
• Identify gaps, overlaps, and opportunities to improve content relevance and reach 
 
Expected deliverables: 
By the end of the internship, the intern will deliver: 
• Documented processes and submission guidelines for newsletters and social amplification 
• A centralized, easy‑to‑use content calendar 
• Baseline engagement metrics and periodic performance summaries 
• A backlog of channel‑ready social media content ideas aligned to product priorities 
• Recommendations for sustaining and scaling the content coordination model post‑internship 

Job Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple inputs 
  • Ability to learn Microsoft Office 365 tools quickly 
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field 
  • Interest in technology, product marketing, or go‑to‑market roles 
  • Comfort working cross‑functionally and following defined processes 

Education

Must be enrolled in an educational or professional program through summer 2026 or later.
