Vaga: Aprendiz Customer Service

Responsabilidades:

  • Realizar e manter atualizados os cadastros de clientes nos sistemas da empresa.
  • Auxiliar no atendimento aos clientes, prestando informações básicas por telefone, e-mail ou outros canais de comunicação.
  • Auxiliar no controle e acompanhamento de pedidos, prazos de entrega e demais demandas relacionadas ao atendimento.
  • Apoiar na organização de documentos, relatórios e planilhas de controle da área.
  • Aprender e desenvolver conhecimentos sobre os processos de atendimento e relacionamento com clientes da empresa.

Requisitos:

  • Ensino Médio completo ou cursando Ensino Superior.
  • Conhecimento intermediário em Excel, com utilização de planilhas e fórmulas.
  • Conhecimento no Pacote Office.
