About The Company
Locus Robotics is the leader in Flexibility-First Warehouse Automation, delivering Operational Confidence to warehouse operators navigating an environment defined by constant uncertainty. Locus Robotics enables organizations to plan, execute, and adapt across volume volatility, labor variability, and evolving order profiles. Powered by the LocusONE platform, Locus Robotics orchestrates fulfillment workflows across picking, replenishment, sorting, and pack-out through a unified system of robotics, orchestration, and applied AI. The platform provides predictive visibility, adaptive decision-making, and elastic execution — giving operations leaders clear insight into capacity, throughput, and risk without fixed infrastructure or disruptive facility redesigns. Trusted by more than 150 retail, healthcare, 3PL, and industrial brands across 350+ sites worldwide, Locus Robotics supports operations at every stage of the automation journey. Delivered through an industry-first Robots-as-a-Service (RaaS) model, Locus Robotics enables performance to evolve as operational needs change.
About the Role

Locus Robotics is a leader in the rapidly growing eCommerce order fulfillment optimization space. Our solution helps warehouse owners attain 2-3X efficiency improvement over cart-picking operations, by empowering pickers to work collaboratively with our robots. All this is accomplished while integrating with the operator’s Warehouse Management System, utilizing and optimizing existing facility infrastructure. This is an opportunity to join the ranks of a brilliant, high performance team, deploying cutting-edge technology to address real-world logistics challenges for major global brands.

The Robotics Mechanical / Test Engineering Internship will support the engineering team in testing, validating, and improving robotic systems used in warehouse automation.

This 2026 Summer Internship provides hands-on experience working with electromechanical hardware, test processes, and prototype robotic systems. The intern will assist engineers in evaluating product performance, supporting new product development, and helping ensure our robotic systems meet quality and reliability standards.

This experience offers an excellent learning opportunity to work directly with engineers and technicians on real-world robotics systems and testing environments.

This role is on-site based out of Nashua, NH. Local candidates only.

Job Responsibilities
