2026 New York Yankees Summer Sales Associate Program

The New York Yankees are looking for bright and motivated individuals to join our 2026 Summer Sales Associate Program! The Program is designed to give current college students and recent college graduates interested in a career in sports and ticket sales the opportunity to gain invaluable experience working for one of the most iconic teams in the world. This 12-week program will provide participants with practical, hands-on exposure to the day-to-day operations of a professional sports franchise, as well as networking and mentorship opportunities which will help build a solid foundation for future career success.

The Summer Sales Associates support the sales department in selling season ticket inventory and group and suite packages at Yankee Stadium while having the opportunity to learn about the sales process. This is a rigorous sales development program geared to prepare students for entry level sales roles within the sports industry.
 
 
Primary Responsibilities:

  • Identify and sell available ticket inventory by generating leads via outbound calls, in addition to assisting with season ticket holder events
  • Participate in sales and retention efforts including, but not limited to, the servicing and up-selling of existing and new accounts
  • Manage interactions with clients and prospects by utilizing a customer relationship management database (CRM)
  • Participate in sales promotions for the 2026 season
  • Other duties as assigned


Qualifications and Experience:

  • Ability to perform in a competitive environment
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Strong work ethic and desire to build a career in professional sports
  • Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills
  • Proven time management and organizational skills


This is a paid program at $17.50/hour and school credit is not available. This position is in-person at Yankee Stadium. Housing and transportation are not provided so applicants should take this into account.
