Duties

- Assisting the SHS administrative staff with the turnover of Members' offices. This will include light cleaning, restocking supplies, updating name plates, etc.

- Providing back-up support to the administrative staff with administrative requests from the Faculty or Members (e.g., photocopying, scanning, filing, etc.)

- Assisting the Administrative Officer with filing and updating School web resources.

Requirements

Prefer an individual currently enrolled in college or attending college in the fall of 2026.


Experience with standard office platforms, including Word, Excel, and Google Suite, preferred.


Open to learning new web interfaces. 


Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.


3 days/week - 7 hours/day


Dates: June 15 through the end of August
