About the Role

Our E-commerce Marketing Performance team is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Content Designer Intern. This internship offers hands-on experience in content design and content authoring for our brands. Reporting to the E-commerce Performance Team Lead and the Product Designer Practice Lead, you’ll work closely with merchandising, SEO, developers to build outstanding interfaces and assets based on visual brand identities and UI components that drive engagement.
 

YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

  • Develop compelling and informative content, landing pages and marketing assets (banners, ads, etc.)

  • Collaborate with the Product Designer Practice Lead to design intuitive and easy-to-navigate website layouts. 

  • Create custom images, icons, and graphics for the website to enhance brand identity and appeal. 

  • Work closely with the Product Designer Practice Lead, merchandising team, product team, and other teams to ensure content aligns with business goals and brand consistency. 

  • Implement search engine optimization strategies recommended by the SEO team, such as page structure and content. 

  • Take in consideration AA accessibility criterias.

  • Contribute to performance data analysis to identify areas for improvement and continuously optimize content and design. 

  • Establish and maintain content guidelines to ensure a cohesive and high-quality user experience across the platform.

 

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES: 
 
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills.

  • Completion of 1 to 2 years of studies in Web design, Graphic design or Motion design, supported by a portfolio.

  • Good balance between creativity and marketing effectiveness.

  • Experience with design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.

  • Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

  • Interest in user experience.

Familiarity with Magento and Motion design is a plus.
