About the Role

POSITION TITLE:

IT Proximity Trainee

 

POSITION OBJECTIVE:

  • Participate in the different projects along the year where equipment preparation is needed (OT projects, Evergreen, etc). Provide support to the end users (remote and out side).Create work instructions to be shared and use with the rest of the IT-MX teams.

 

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Equipment preparation (IT / OT).

  • End user support (IT).

  • Work instructions creation.

  • Knowledge article creation in Servicenow.

  • Ticket management.


CONTRIBUTIONS FOR THE AREA:

  • Contribute in time reduction in the local activities.

  • Improve the time of response to the end users.

  • Create a knowledge base to be shared in IT México.

EDUCATION / CARRERS:

  • Bachelor: Currently studying a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software, informatics Engineering, or related. 

This vacancy is exclusively for students currently pursuing their academic studies with at least 6 months left to conclude their studies. 


LANGUAGE:

  • Fluent in Spanish  written and verbal.

  • English intermediate / advanced 

  • French or german is an advantage
