Das sind Deine Aufgaben

  • Als Kaufmann im Einzelhandel bist du das Gesicht unseres Marktes – erster Ansprechpartner für unsere Kundinnen und Kunden
  • Du lernst, wie man professionelle Verkaufsgespräche führt, wirst zum Experten für unser Sortiment und sorgst dafür, dass die Regale und das Lager immer gut gefüllt sind
  • Während deiner Ausbildung wirst du mit allen wichtigen Einzelhandelsprozessen vertraut gemacht – vom Wareneingang über die Lagerung bis hin zur Präsentation und dem Verkauf
  • Mit jedem Ausbildungsjahr wächst deine Verantwortung – bis du schließlich selbst den Einsatz planst und deine erste Schicht führst

 

Das zeichnet Dich aus

  • Gute Fachoberschulreife oder Fachabitur
  • Du bist kommunikativ und hast Spaß am Umgang mit Menschen
  • Du hast Interesse am Handel und an Lebensmitteln
  • Teamgeist und Kundenorientierung gehören für dich einfach dazu
  • Einsatz- und Verantwortungsbereitschaft bringst du gerne mit
