Job Description

Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Learning and Development Intern to join our HR team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in the field of employee training, development programs, and talent management. As an intern, you will support the L&D team in organizing, executing, and improving training and development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in coordinating and organizing training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
  • Help prepare training materials and resources for various programs.
  • Support in scheduling training events and communicating with employees regarding session details.
  • Monitor and track employee attendance for training programs.
  • Gather feedback from participants and assist in evaluating the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Maintain and update the L&D database, records, and materials.
  • Help research industry trends and best practices in employee learning and development.
  • Support the team in administrative tasks related to learning and development initiatives.
  • Assist in developing reports and presentations on training activities and results.

Qualifications

Are you bursting with fresh ideas and a hunger for learning? We want you!  

Here's what we're looking for: 

  • Academic Program: You are enrolled in a Bachelor’s Degree / diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field or equivalent.
  • Skillset: You possess strong interest in learning and development, training, and employee growth.
  • Personal traits: You have a structured approach, a driven and energetic personality, excellent communication and people skills, and the ability to work both in a team and independently.
  • Commitment: You are ready to dedicate at least 6 months to this internship.
  • Availability: You can join the internship for 5 days per week.
