  Role and Responsibilities:

Want to be at the heart of industrial flows and contribute directly to customer satisfaction ?

 
Join our Supply Chain team and play an active role in planning, inventory optimization, and operational performance for our production units.

1. Planning & managing customer orders
Based on the customer order portfolio:
- Analyze the consistency of orders (deadlines, quantities) and alert Customer Service if necessary.
- Coordinate the execution of customer orders to ensure that deadlines are met.
- Generate and track production orders in the ERP system.
- Build and adjust production schedules based on load/capacity adequacy.
- Ensure the reliability of availability dates in the ERP system.
- Identify discrepancies (shortages, blockages, contingencies), manage corrective actions, and adjust priorities accordingly.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams (AIC, customer service, production, procurement).

2. Inventory management & optimization
Ensure that inventory levels match projected needs.
Optimize inventory to avoid shortages and overstocking.
Anticipate risks and initiate appropriate corrective actions.
Update and ensure the reliability of ERP data (procurement cycles, item management, inventory records).
Perform simulations of optimized lead times to support sales teams before issuing quotes.

3. Performance & continuous improvement
Monitor, analyze, and communicate supply chain performance indicators.
Participate in management rituals (AIC – Short Interval Meetings).
Contribute to the continuous improvement of planning and flow management processes.
Report results and improvement proposals to managers.


 Profile:

You have a bachelor's degree and are preparing for a master's degree. 

Technical skills:
Minimum B1 level of English, enabling professional written and oral communication.
Knowledge of logistics management and industrial production.
Good understanding of production cycles and industrial flows.
Proficiency in inventory management and supply optimization principles.

Interpersonal skills:
Rigorous, independent, and organized.
Analytical mind, ability to prioritize, and stress management.
Responsiveness to operational uncertainties.
Good interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with a variety of people (production, procurement, customer service).
Driven by a strong sense of service, you are constantly striving to ensure customer satisfaction.
