About the Role

Daran werden Sie wachsen:

  • Mitwirkung im globalen EDAG Service Desk 
  • Mitarbeit im Lifecycle-Management von Hard- und Software
  • Aktive Unterstützung unserer IT‑Anwender* in der Region Fulda
  • Mitarbeit im Incident und Service Request Management
  • Zusammenarbeit mit internen IT‑Fachbereichen und Eskalation komplexerer Anfragen an den 2nd‑Level


Damit bringen Sie uns voran:

  • Eingeschriebener Student* der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations‑, Teamfähigkeit und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
  • Strukturierte, zuverlässige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Windows‑Systemen und MS‑Office‑Anwendungen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
