ABOUT THE TEAM

Join the Treasury Team at Unzer to support payment process optimization. This role involves supporting the Treasury Project Team in the implementation of a new payment tool. You will work closely with various teams to identify the existing payment workflows, uncover what succeeds and where improvements are needed, and propose enhancements to streamline operations. Your contributions will be crucial during the implementation of a new payment tool.

What your work will look like:

Documentation: Collaborate with teams to map out the future payment process ("To-be"), capturing all elements from initiation to completion, including team interactions and dependencies. Develop training materials and support training session for the teams as they move onto the new tool.
Analysis and Improvement Identification: Analyze the existing processes to identify areas of inefficiency, failure points, and opportunities for enhancement.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Engage with various departments to gather comprehensive insights and ensure a holistic understanding of payment operations.
Support Tool Implementation: Assist the Project Manager in the ongoing implementation of the new payment tool by supporting with the development of project materials.
