About the Role

For our Spanish office in Barcelona, GAES, una marca Amplifon is looking for a young talented person to join our Labour Relations Team supporting business’ growth.

Does the opportunity sound interesting to you? 

We consider interns as responsible team members who can have an impact starting from the day 1. 

 

You’ll be in charge of: 

  • Act as a the point of contact with employee committees, maintaining open and effective communicacation 
  • Lead collective bargaining processes, negotiating labor agreements and resolving disputes to maintain harmonious labor relations
  • Interpret and analyze collective agreements to ensure compliance with established terms and conditions
  • Prepare sanction and dismissal letters in accordance with company policies and labor laws, ensuring clarity and fairness in all communications
  • Evaluate legal aspects of labor processes and recommend appropriate actions to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
  • Analyze and resolve labor-related legal issues, providing expert guidance and support to management and other departments
  • Monitor recent changes in labour legislation and court rulings to assess their impact on company policies.

 

You are the right person if you: 

  • Finished or currently studying in Labour Relations, Law or Master's in Law related field (Possibility to sign an internship agreement is a plus).
  • Strong legal drafting skills and the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable reports. 
  • You are comfortable in an international environment where English and Spanish are required on a daily base. 
  • You like to work with people, interacting, speaking and presenting to diversified groups of people. 
  • Previous working experience in a company is a plus.
  • Intership starting in April 2026
