About the Role

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams im Bereich Künstliche Intelligenz und Automatisierung suchen wir motivierte Studierende im Bereich AI Innovation (m/w/d), der Begeisterung für generative KI, Chatbot-Entwicklung und innovative Technologien mitbringen und sich in einem dynamischen Umfeld weiterentwickeln möchten. 

Du brennst für generative KI, Chatbots und innovative Technologien? Dann werde Teil unseres Teams und unterstütze uns bei der Entwicklung intelligenter Lösungen auf Basis von Microsoft AI. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit unserem AI & Automation Lead entwickelst du Prototypen, dokumentierst Best Practices und hilfst dabei, KI-Anwendungen intern zu etablieren. 

Deine Aufgaben: 

  • Erstellung von Benutzerhandbüchern, Tutorials und Demo-Videos zur Nutzung von Microsoft Copilot 

  • Dokumentation von Best Practices und Use Cases zur internen Wissensvermittlung 

  • Unterstützung bei Enablement-Sessions und Workshops 

  • Konzeption und Test von Conversational Bots mit Microsoft Copilot Studio 

  • Integration von Bots in Unternehmensdatenquellen und Workflows 

  • Optimierung der Nutzerinteraktion und Implementierung von Feedback-Schleifen 

  • Mitarbeit bei Design, Training und Evaluation von AI/ML-Modellen mit Azure Machine Learning und Azure Foundry 

  • Unterstützung bei Datenaufbereitung, Feature Engineering und Deployment-Pipelines 

  • Zusammenarbeit bei Prompt Engineering und Fine-Tuning für generative KI-Anwendungen 

 

Dein Profil: 

  • Du studierst aktuell Informatik, Data Science, Künstliche Intelligenz oder ein verwandtes Fachgebiet (Bachelor/Master) 

  • Du kommunizierst klar und verständlich – idealerweise mit Erfahrung in der Content-Erstellung 

  • Du hast Interesse an Microsoft Azure, Power Platform oder Copilot Studio 

  • Kenntnisse in Python, Power Automate oder Open-Source-LLMs sind ein Plus
