Our Philadelphia team is looking for a GIS Intern for Summer 2026!! On this team, you will support staff in developing and analyzing geospatial data. Additionally, you will gain hands-on experience creating and maintaining maps, working with GIS software, managing spatial datasets, and assisting with geospatial analysis to support planning and project coordination.

Ideal candidates should meet the following criteria:

  • Enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program. Pursuing a degree in Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Geography, Geospatial Science, Environmental Science, Planning, or a closely related field.
  • Previous internship experience is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required. Experience with GIS software such as ArcGIS Pro or similar geospatial tools is preferred.
  • Demonstrates a professional demeanor, appearance, and attitude.
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, writing, and verbal communication skills.


 T&M Associates is committed to pay transparency and equitable compensation practices in compliance with applicable laws, including the New Jersey Equal Pay Act. T&M estimates that the salary range for this position will fall between $20 - $23/hr.
