About the Role

You. Better. With Alan.

Alan is building a vertically integrated health partner that unites insurance and smart healthcare delivery into one seamless system. Our vision is to make prevention the new norm of care for all.

Our mission: Help people live in good health to 100 while helping employers feel proud, turning health benefits from a cost centre into their most valuable investment.

By connecting all aspects of care (private, public, and direct to consumer) we create the most member-centric healthcare experience, reducing claims costs while generating new monetization opportunities.

We partner with tens of thousands of companies across France 🇫🇷, Spain 🇪🇸, Belgium 🇧🇪, and Canada 🇨🇦, serving over a million members.

How we work: our Leadership Principles

  • Mission is the Boss — We think long-term and are methodical optimists who take risks, seeking our mission's success above all else.

  • Distributed Ownership — Accountable enlightened despots: everyone owns their decisions and results.

  • Radical Transparency — All information is accessible and written-first, so everyone can make the best decisions asynchronously.

  • Always Growing — Direct, positive, and caring feedback, combined with self-growth ownership.

⭐ Your mission

As we welcome more and more major companies (Etam, Cultura, BackMarket, etc.), our portfolio of Key Accounts is rapidly growing (+200M€ ARR). While our team of Key Account Managers (KAMs) and Customer Success Managers (CSMs) expands (32 team members) to provide the best support to our customers, we are looking for an Account Management & Marketing Intern to work on transversal and Marketing topics.

You will play a key role in helping us structure our approach to Account Management. You will work closely with a team of 1 Product Marketer, 2 Senior Crew Leads and our Account Management Lead, supporting them with driving various projects.

You will be responsible for:

  • Building Marketing materials for the team: From decks to leaflets and videos, you'll contribute to creating, and adapting collaterals to different audiences and markets (France, Spain, Belgium), to deliver our Key Account Engagement Plan.

  • Preparing key customers touch points: orchestrating projects with a dedicated taskforce (Product, marketing, crew leads, top management), with ownership of specific sections and content to build. Ideal to shape project management skills!

  • Monitoring and running analysis: Collaborating in tracking and analyzing the main KPIs to surface insights that influence our strategy.

  • Team Training: Create training content that will enable KAMs and CSMs to enhance their skills on product-related topics or topics related to the French healthcare system.

  • Process Scaling: auditing existing sales processes (CRM, minutes of meeting automation, meeting prep framework….), identifying and implementing improvement areas

  • Go to Market Strategy: along with the crew lead or the Account Management Lead, opportunity to dig deeper into a topic to crack (how to address CSE, how to improve our cross-sell approach..)

You may be a good fit if you:

  • Have full working proficiency in French

  • Have advanced level in English (written and spoken)

  • Love creating things: Whether it's a slide deck, a blog post, or a creative campaign concept. Mastering tools like Google Slides, Canva or Figma is a plus.

  • Have a strong business sense: bringing a disruptive vision on a conventional market such as health insurance is hard. It requires the ability to convince high level stakeholders and be able to outline our product's impact at a strategic level.

  • Are self-organized and autonomous: you are well-versed in missions requiring precision and reliability. You are able to manage a project from start to finish with minimal external assistance.

  • Communicate effectively: given the number of internal stakeholders with whom Account Management interacts on a daily basis, the ability to communicate with clarity is essential.

  • Display a growth mindset: you know how to ask for and receive feedback in order to grow and take the best of this experience to set you up for success in your early professional life.

  • Excel at teamwork: given the strategic implications of the Account Management practice, volume and timeline of work, you have the ability to lead transversal initiatives towards a particular objective.

  • Show versatility: given the scope of work, you should be able to jump from one topic to another.

  • Have a strong product and “Tech” sense: Alan is an innovative company offering the most high end healthcare software on the market. In order to thrive in selling it, you need to enjoy deep diving in the technical dimension of the software industry.

We're looking for someone to start in summer 2026 for a 6-month internship.
