We serve 5,800 children each year through specialized clinical, home, and community-based programs and services. We are experts in pediatric rehabilitation and care for children and young adults who have a wide variety of developmental delays, disabilities, injuries, and other special healthcare needs.
About the Role
The Operations Intern will provide administrative, and operations support to Childcare services. In the internship position, you will have the ability to work in a variety of areas and on significant projects. Job responsibilities are flexible and will be determined based on specified interests, major, level of education, and course criteria.

What You'll Need
- Ability to be a self-starter
- Ability to use effective communication skills
- Flexibility, creativity and organization skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office skills
- An interest in non-profit management, community development, and health and human services
- The ability to communicate effectively in reading, writing, and speaking the English language
Schedule
20+ hours/ week during standard business hours.
Can be flexible with class and other work schedules.
Non-paid opportunity. This role can be offered to those applicants seeking course credit and/or specific college internship requirements.
Interns have the opportunity to get additional paid hours by working directly with the children in our classrooms (when position is available).
