What You’ll Do Day-To-Day

  • Provide frontline support to employees by answering inquiries, clarifying HR policies, and assisting with daily operations.
  • Manage employee cases and maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
  • Gain proficiency in HR systems, processes, and basic compliance regulations.
  • Support team projects and contribute to improving existing HR workflows.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office products to support administrative tasks and documentation.
  • Participate in an in-office role to engage directly with the team and employees. 

What You'll Bring

  • Pursuing a BS (Junior/Senior), MS, or PhD in Human Resource related background

  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and program solving skills
  • Clear communication and a passion for innovation in clean safe energy.

Total Rewards Package

  • Salary: $17.60-$23.00/hr and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses.
  • Additional Benefits: Additionally you may receive 401k, Business Travel Insurance, Employee Assistance Program.
