Founded in July 2020, Verkor is a French industrial company based in Grenoble. Thanks to these strengths, Verkor has opened its Verkor Innovation Centre in 2023, it provides three major functions: innovate, manufacture and train. Based on the innovations coming out of the VIC, the Verkor Gigafactory will have an annual production capacity of 16 GWh in lithium-ion batteries, that’s enough to fit out 300,000 electric vehicles and create over 1,200 direct jobs. The Gigafactory will be operational by 2025.

About the Role
Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche de notre futur.e Strategy Analyst pour rejoindre notre équipe RH située à notre Centre d'Innovation à Grenoble, idéalement à partir d'avril 2026 pour une durée de 4 à 6 mois.
En tant que tel.le, vous travaillez avec la direction RH sur des sujets de transformation RH et de gestion de projets.\n
- Agir en tant que soutien au bras droit des DRH pour l'avancement des projets de transformation RH.
- Effectuer des analyses de données et les restituer à la direction RH pour contribuer à l'avancement des objectifs
- Retranscrire de manière intelligible, synthétique et constructive les données récupérées, en créant des tableaux de bord interactifs pr exemple.
- Issu.e d'une école de commerce / école supérieure de commerce / ingénieur, vous préparez un diplôme de niveau bac+5
- Maîtrise des outils d’analyse et de visualisation (Excel avancé, Power BI).
- Niveau d'anglais B2 minimum
- Esprit d’analyse et de synthèse, sens de l’organisation, bon relationnel, sens du service, autonomie et proactivité.
