  • Grow your business understanding: See how your work connects directly to pricing, profitability, and overall business performance.

 

What We’re Looking For

 

We’re looking for someone in their final year of university, studying:

 

  • Business Administration, Marketing, International Business,or a related technical field.

And someone who brings:

 

  • Advanced Excel skills (a must!).
  • Interest or experience with Power BI or other data‑analysis tools (nice to have).
  • The ability to make sense of data and explain it in simple, clear conclusions.
  • A high level of attention to detail and natural curiosity.
  • A proactive attitude—someone who likes asking “why?”, challenging information, and suggesting better ways of doing things.

 

We’re Looking for Someone With

 

  • Motivated bachelor’s degree students in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or related fields (1.5 years remaining).
  • Availability to work 30 hours per week.
  • Strong interest in retail execution, segment definition, product performance analysis, KPI development and tracking, and identifying improvement opportunities to optimize snack placement and visibility in retail environments.
  • Solid analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIF, etc. are highly beneficial for this role).
  • A results-driven mindset, with the ability to meet deadlines and follow established procedures.
  • Intermediate/Advanced English
