About the Role

To ensure maximum utilization of our quality data for enhancing production processes and product quality, we are looking for a data driven and analytical Intern for a 6 months, full-time internship.

Meet your future team

You will join a team of 6 experienced and proficient colleagues in Performance and System Management in Global Quality, and you will report directly to Jakob Blichert-Toft, Manager of Performance & System Management in Global QHSE&E.

As Business Analyst Intern, you will:

  • Build and develop global Power BI Reporting for market- and production quality issues

  • Maintain and improve our current Power BI reporting landscape

  • Increase data validity by building governance data processes and reports

  • Facilitate training in Power BI for our colleagues in our factories and markets

  • Investigate how to collect and store unique product identifiers so different data sources can be combined and used together

What you will bring

We are looking for an Intern who is keen to engage, learn and make meaningful contributions in a collaborative team setting. You are characterized by your systematic and detail-oriented approach. Moreover, you enjoy interaction with colleagues and relevant stakeholders and you are characterized by your supportive and service oriented personality, while also being able to take initiative and solve tasks proactively.

Your communication style is characterized by your ability to present information in a clear and concise manner.

Moreover, we imagine that you:

  • Are enrolled in a study programme in Denmark at Bachelor’s or Master’s level within a relevant field, e.g. engineering with supply chain/operations focus, cand.merc., cand.merc.(IT), cand.merc (Com.), cand.oecon, or other relevant area

  • Have a strong interest in data and experience in data analysis including an ability to analyze complex datasets and identify trends and patterns

  • Hold knowledge and maybe even experience in Power BI and SQL

  • Have a basic understanding of database concepts and data analysis tools – knowledge of programming languages can be beneficial but not a requirement

  • Are a proficient problem-solver utilizing creativity to find solutions to business needs

  • Speak and write English at a professional level

We expect that you can be on-site in Østbirk minimum 2-3 days per week.
