En H-E-B estamos en búsqueda de estudiantes que quieran formar parte de nuestro Semillero de Talento, un programa de prácticas profesionales diseñado para que puedas aprender, aportar y desarrollarte dentro de la organización.

🚀 ¿Qué harás en este rol?

  • Apoyar en actividades y proyectos del área de Comercial en el desarrollo de propuestas de envases y empaques en la división de Alimentos Preparados, Panadería y Tortillería.
  • Dar seguimiento al proceso de empaque del producto identificando sus necesidades y siguiendo sus estándares de calidad y normativas visuales.
  • Coordinar el proceso de cotización, selección y alta de empaques.
  • Brindar apoyo continuo a las tiendas en temas operativos relacionados con empaques, desabasto y comunicación interna.
  • Generación y gestión de órdenes de compra, dando seguimiento y asegurando la disponibilidad de los empaques.

🎯 ¿A quién buscamos?
Estudiantes activo de Ingeniería Industrias Alimentarias, Licenciatura en Negocios Internaciones, Licenciatura en Administración, Ing. Gestión Empresarial, Ing. Químico Administrador o afín. *Con más de un año pendiente para egresar*

  • Manejo de Microsoft Office 365 (Intermedio)
  • Conocimiento de herramientas de Inteligencia Artificial.
  • Análisis numérico.
  • Habilidades de organización y comunicación.
