We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to support our Learning & Development (L&D) team. In this role, you will contribute to various data-driven initiatives, knowledge management, and community-building efforts within our organization. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the people functions of a nonprofit setting. This is a 15-hour per week internship, with the potential for a longer-term engagement. Employee Experience Survey (EES) Pulse Check and ERG Member Survey: Assist with data collection, analysis, and reporting related to these important employee feedback mechanisms.

L&D Knowledge Management System: Organize and update materials related to the Individual Professional Development (IPD) fund, and support the restructuring of the Employee Resource Hub.

ERG Lead Retreat Planning and Logistics: Contribute to the planning and execution of this annual event for our Employee Resource Group (ERG) leaders.

Data Collection and Analysis: Gather, synthesize, and interpret data to inform L&D initiatives and decisions.

Community Building: Support the development and engagement of our employee community, particularly through the ERGs.

Training Preparation and Facilitation: Assist with the preparation and delivery of L&D training programs, including basic facilitation skills.

Genuine interest in people functions and the nonprofit sector

Motivation to support the growth and development of others

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Proficiency in data analysis and reporting

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Familiarity with knowledge management systems and community-building practices is a plus

Comfortable with basic training preparation and facilitation
