About the Role

This internship will focus on researching and strengthening our candidate journey from application to offer. You will audit and rewrite interview and rejection templates to ensure clarity and inclusivity. You will document and visualize our full hiring process to improve alignment and reduce bottlenecks. You will support interview logistics while identifying patterns that slow us down. And you will produce employer-brand content such as a "What to Expect When You Interview at Common Cause" blog or LinkedIn posts that explain our nonpartisan hiring philosophy. The goal is to learn what constitutes as a strong recruitment playbook, understand how to improve candidate communications, and understand data-informed recommendations to enhance both efficiency and trust in our process. You will also support our internship reviews and identify areas for improvement.
