About the Role

About Us

Ready to rock the future with us? At Hellmann we put our people at the heart of everything we do, because for us, relationship matters. Joining us does not just mean becoming part of a global company. It is an invitation to shape the future of the logistics industry together with us. Our Hellmann culture is based on our four values: Caring, Entrepreneurial, Forward-Thinking and Reliable. These values resonate with yours? Then become part of our FAMILY that consists of around 10.000 employees in more than 200 locations worldwide.
For the better. Together.

This is not a typical internship. At Hellmann, you’ll gain unparalleled exposure to the full lifecycle of strategic investments and acquisitions. From day one, you’ll be part of high-impact projects and work hands-on on global venture capital and M&A transactions — from scouting startups and conducting valuations to strategic analysis and decision-making. You’ll join investment committee meetings and engage directly with startup founders, VC partners, investment bankers, and executives from target companies. This is a rare opportunity to take on real responsibility, learn intensively on the job, and stand out in the competitive world of finance and venture capital. You’ll be mentored by experienced professionals and build a strong foundation for a future career in venture capital, private equity, or investment banking.
