Job Description & Summary

They evaluate compliance with regulations including assessing governance and risk management processes and related controls.

In financial statement audit at PwC, you will focus on obtaining reasonable assurance about whether the financial statements as a whole are free from material misstatement, whether due to fraud or error, and to issue an auditor’s report that includes the auditor’s opinion.

The Opportunity

As part of the PwC Private team you play a role as an intern in PwC's core audit services provided to clients. As an Intern/Trainee you support teams, observe and learn, and participate in projects, focusing on gaining exposure to PwC practices. This opportunity allows you to perform basic tasks and conduct research while observing professional work environments, helping you to establish your personal brand and paving the way for more opportunities.

What You Must Have

- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting

- Required cumulative GPA: 3.0

- Before starting full-time at PwC, meet the educational requirements to be eligible to sit for the CPA exam in your intended state of employment.

- Demonstrated ability to communicate (i.e., read, write, speak) with business level fluency in Japanese and English.

*Client service intern positions are entry-level and job seekers are traditionally either in their 3rd year of a 4 year degree program or in the 4th year of a 5 year program. Client service interns typically join us during the winter/spring or summer prior to their intended graduation year.

The salary range for this position is: $29.25 - $48.00. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
