Are you ready to set the standard for Premium apparel?

Main purpose of the Legal Intern role:

This is a part time role for a candidate who will Work on a variety of meaningful projects within our law department and learn about the day-to-day life of in-house corporate counsel. Projects will be assigned based upon the needs of the legal team as well as your skills/experience and interests. 

Major Responsibilities:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.  Other duties may be assigned.

• Researching and analyzing IP issues
• Researching and analyzing Influencing compliance protocols
• Assist Product Developers in day-to-day functions
• Analyze securities filings
• Collaborating with cross-department teams to design business-friendly operating processes and knowledge resources.

Required Competencies:

To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:

• Have working knowledge of intellectual property laws, digital advertising laws, securities laws and/or e-commerce laws.
• Prior work experience is strongly preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to apply substantive knowledge and interests to tasks in a real-world business setting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply legal principles to practical situations.
• Excited to work as part of a tight-knit team, including in-person collaboration a minimum of 2 days per week.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in an ABA accredited law school as a 2L, expecting to graduate in Spring 2025.

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in California, Revolve includes a reasonable estimate of the salary or hourly rate range for this role. This takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions; including but not limited to business or organizational needs, skill sets, experience and training, licensure, and certifications.

A reasonable estimate of the current base hourly/salary range is $18.50 to $18.50.
